PADSnet

Serco Railtest's Data Management specialists, Raildata, provide asset configuration management to Britain's railway industry through its Parts And Documentation System "PADS".

The PADS database holds over one million document, drawing and component records relating to rail vehicles and Network Rail's infrastructure.

To complement the PADS database Serco has produced "PADSnet". This site contains a number of applications developed to enable controlled access to specific PADS data to meet individual customer requirements. All applications provide users with real-time access to asset data, including the viewing of documentation, both from inside and outside their normal working hours and environment.
